1. Zero Tolerance Policy
AmarState maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any user, organization, or administrator engaging in, promoting, facilitating, or distributing child sexual abuse content, grooming behaviors, or any form of child exploitation will face immediate account termination and will be reported to global law enforcement agencies.
2. Prohibited Conduct and Content
The following behaviors and content types are strictly prohibited across all AmarState services (including community posts, general group chats, 1-to-1 private messaging, profile pictures, and file attachments):
- Production, distribution, possession, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Any sexualization, exploitation, or endangerment of minors (individuals under 18 years of age).
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, or inappropriate messaging directed toward minors.
- Facilitation of child trafficking or non-consensual sharing of intimate images of minors.
3. Content Moderation & Enforcement Mechanisms
AmarState employs multi-layered proactive and reactive safety mechanisms:
- Admin & Organization Moderation: Organization administrators possess real-time moderation tools to mute offending users and permanently delete prohibited messages and posts.
- Immediate Content Removal: Any flagged content violating child safety standards is taken down immediately.
- Permanent Ban & Data Retention for Legal Evidence: Offender accounts are permanently blocked, and relevant diagnostic logs are preserved for lawful investigations.
4. Reporting to Law Enforcement & NCMEC
In strict adherence to international child protection frameworks and Google Play developer policies:
- AmarState cooperates fully with national and international law enforcement agencies.
- All identified instances of CSAM/CSAE will be promptly reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline and relevant local law enforcement authorities.
5. How to Report Violations
If you encounter any content, chat message, or user profile on AmarState that potentially violates child safety standards, please report it immediately:
- Email Report: Send an urgent notice to safety@amarstate.com or support@amarstate.com with the subject line
[URGENT] Child Safety Violation Report. - In-App Reporting: Contact your organization admin or use the in-app support channel.
All child safety reports are prioritized and investigated immediately within 24 hours.
