Terms of Service for AmarState

Welcome to AmarState — a platform dedicated to 'My Community, My Responsibility'. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Platform Purpose

AmarState is designed for transparent management of non-profit organizations, mosques, clubs, and social welfare groups. Any use for illegal activities or fraudulent fundraising is strictly prohibited.

2. Organization Responsibility

The organization administrator is responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of members added.
• Ensuring the legality of funds collected.
• Maintaining transparency in expense reporting.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).
• Failure to pay within 7 days of the invoice date may result in temporary suspension of the administrative dashboard.
• Payments are non-refundable once the service period has started.

4. Conduct & Communication

The internal chat system and notice boards must be used respectfully. Hate speech, political propaganda, or harassment of members will lead to immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

AmarState provides the tools for transparency but is not responsible for the internal disputes or financial management of the individual organizations using the platform.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
